Delete your account
Request deletion of your Zinsta account and personal data. You don't need the app installed.
What happens
- Your account is deactivated right away and permanently deleted after 30 days. Signing in during those 30 days cancels the request.
- We delete your profile, photo, phone, email, devices, favourites and messages linked to your identity.
- Payment and session records are kept in anonymised form for up to the period required by law for accounting and fraud prevention.
- Any wallet or earnings balance left on the account is lost — withdraw it first in the app.
